Restorative Postpartum Yoga
Imagine a restorative afternoon just for moms…
Being a mother is hard work. Many say it’s the hardest work of all. It can leaving you feeling depleted and in much need of some restoration and deep relaxation. We invite you to take a break, and rejuvenate your spirit. The intention of this 2-hour retreat is to create a space for you to reconnect with yourself. To carve out a little time for self-care to return to your heart and begin the journey of feeling at home in your body. Through this process the mind and nervous system will begin to gently reset.
You will have the opportunity to set an intention, write a short journal entry, participate in a facilitated discussion and pump as needed. Then you will be guided through a gentle and supportive series of poses, guided relaxation, breathing, and a nice long savasana (final resting pose).
Take a little time for you! Your body, mind, and spirit will thank you!
